Inez Hatfield, aged 77, passed away on Monday, July 14, 2025, at Portsmouth Hospital after a period of declining health.

 

Born on October 3, 1947, in Celle, Germany, she was the daughter of the late Herbert and Elza (Rosenberg) Jingsts.

 

Inez dedicated many years as an Administrative Assistant at Macy's, where her commitment and professionalism were highly regarded.

 

She found joy in shopping, tending to her garden, and exploring new destinations through travel.

 

She is survived by her son, Mark Hatfield, of Rochester, NH.

 

A funeral service is scheduled for Friday, July 25, 2025, at 10 AM in the chapel of the R.M. Edgerly Funeral Home, 86 S. Main St., Rochester, NH.

 

Interment will follow at Rochester Cemetery.

 

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to local charities in Inez's memory.

 

Her warmth and kindness will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
